The Employee Engagement Committee welcomes all staff members who are interested in volunteering to help create a more connected, inclusive, and engaging workplace.

What We Do

Our committee collaborates to plan and organize monthly events and initiatives that promote:

  • Awareness & Education
  • Health & Wellness
  • Team Connection
  • Fun & Engagement Across the Firm

From wellness activities to social events and educational opportunities, our goal is to foster a positive workplace culture where everyone feels connected and supported.

Excellence in Action Program

We’re excited to introduce a new recognition program designed to highlight the impact our team makes every day. This initiative celebrates the ways individuals bring our core values to life through their work, support of others, and commitment to the firm.

Nominations are open to everyone, and we encourage you to both recognize your peers and put forward those whose contributions deserve to be seen and celebrated. If someone stands out for going above and beyond, now is the time to share it.

Take a moment to nominate a team member who reflects what this program is all about. Thoughtful, specific submissions help ensure those efforts are recognized in a meaningful way.

How the Program Works:
  • Nominations are submitted by peers using the Recognition Form.
  • Nominations are reviewed by a committee.
  • Recipients are selected based on how they demonstrate our core values: Fearless, Excellence, and Collaboration


How to Nominate:
  • Complete the Recognition Form.
  • Include specific examples of how the individual demonstrated our values.
  • Nominations can recognize anyone—peers, partners, or cross-functional teammates.

Award recipients will be featured in All-Hands meetings, the intranet, the general channel, and the In The Know.
