Town Hall Event Management: |
At Singleton Schreiber, our marketing team is integral to the planning and execution of our Town Hall events, which provide the community and clients with essential updates on legal cases such as fire litigation and government mismanagement issues like the San Diego Chollas Creek floods. These events, whether virtual or in-person, give attendees the opportunity to engage directly with our attorneys, ask questions, and stay informed on the next steps in litigation. Our team works closely with attorneys to schedule regular Town Halls, as well as additional events when key case updates arise. We handle the creation and distribution of invitations, manage livestreams, and oversee outreach and advertising to ensure strong community engagement through news and radio partnerships. On the day of the event, we manage all technical aspects, including streaming, live Q&A, and recording sessions for future use. For in-person events, we take care of everything from securing venues and coordinating catering to preparing branded materials, while ensuring remote attendees can join via livestream. |
| Digital Marketing: |
In the digital age, marketing often leverages online channels such as the firm website, email, social media, and search engines to reach and engage potential and current clients. We build specific multi-layered strategies with SEO, content marketing, social media, and email marketing to drive traffic, leads, and conversions. |
|
|
Lead Generation and Conversion: |
Marketing and business development consistently implement lead generation strategies to attract potential clients. We leverage content marketing, inbound marketing, events, and promotions to generate interest and capture potential clients and leads for the firm. |
|
Analytics and Performance Measurement: |
Marketing tracks and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, engagement metric, and source values. We use these insights to optimize strategies, allocate resources effectively, and demonstrate the impact of marketing efforts on business outcomes. |
Overall, the marketing department plays a critical role in driving revenue growth, building brand loyalty, and maintaining a competitive edge in the market. Its functions are essential for achieving business objectives and sustaining long-term success.
