Intake Team
Our intake team is structured to efficiently manage and respond to incoming cases, ensuring a seamless onboarding process for our clients. The team hierarchy from the director to intake specialists is designed to optimize workflow and ensure expertise at every level.
| Mark Slaughter | Oversees the following departments: Intake, Marketing, and Client Services |
| Julia Bryant | Provides support to the intake department when a potential client wants to speak with an attorney regarding legal questions. |
| Amy Sandoval | The Director oversees all intake operations, setting strategic direction, and ensuring the team aligns with our organization's mission and compliance standards. She is responsible for staff training, and policy development to enhance the intake process. She also is the liaison between departments and gathering documentation to draft memos and fee agreements for new case matters. |
| Juliana Valadez | Reporting directly to the Director, the Intake Manager supervises the day-to-day operations of the intake team. Her duties include managing staff, overseeing case assignments, and ensuring a timely and empathetic response to all inquiries. She also analyzes intake data to improve processes and outcomes. |
| Rebecca Isler | Intake Supervisor Specialist are pivotal in orchestrating the flow of cases through the intake process. They work closely with the Intake Manager to distribute cases based on complexity and specialty, manage schedules, and ensure all necessary documentation is collected and processed efficiently. They would also run reports on performance and assist with onboarding training and continued training. |
Intake Specialists
Our Intake Specialists are the first point of contact for our clients for all case types the firm is involved in. They are responsible for conducting initial assessments, gathering relevant information, determining the appropriate next steps for each case and getting the clients signed up. Their expertise and empathetic approach are crucial in building trust and providing support from the very first interaction.
