Egencia is a newly onboarded user-friendly tool is designed to streamline the process of arranging accommodations for business trips, conferences/events, and office travel.
With our platform, you'll have access to a wide range of options, including hotels, car rentals, airlines, and more.

Policy highlights & key requirements:
Advance booking requirement
All travel must be booked at least 7 days in advance whenever possible to ensure cost efficiency. This includes travel for court or depositions.
Airfare flexibility
Flights must be booked as refundable or changeable without penalty to allow for necessary adjustments and ensure cost efficiency in the long run.
Required car rental vendors
All car rentals must be Enterprise or National, booked through Egencia. If neither is available through Egencia, book directly through ETD – Enterprise Travel Direct, which searches both vendors. Be sure to enter your Emerald Club number (linked to direct bill at negotiated rates). You may also email Travel@singletonschreiber.com to be connected with Enterprise and National's support team.
Emerald Club
To be added to the Emerald Club for rental car benefits, email Travel@singletonschreiber.com.
Ride share
Use Lyft Business whenever possible. To be added, email Travel@singletonschreiber.com ahead of your travels.
Per diem
- Available for meals only; does not apply to other expenses.
- $75 per day for travel that is 75+ miles from your home or primary worksite.

World Travel by Concur
Coming Soon: New Travel Booking Program
We want to give you an early heads-up about some upcoming changes to our travel booking program and share a few important dates to keep on your radar. On October 16th, 2026, the firm will be replacing Egencia with World Travel by Concur.
This change will help the firm reduce travel costs through improved pricing while making it easier to ensure travel bookings align with our travel policy requirements.
Please rest assured you'll still be able to utilize Egencia support until December 15th for current and upcoming travel bookings through Egencia.

Training Sessions – September 28th
To help ensure a smooth transition, we'll be offering two live training sessions on September 28:
- 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM PST
- 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM PST
You only need to attend one session. Both sessions will cover the same content. If you're unable to attend, don't worry. The training will be recorded and uploaded to SSU for future reference. Meeting invitations will be sent by Training@singletonschreiber.com shortly after this email is distributed.
We know travel is an important part of many of our workflows, and we're providing advance notice, so everyone has plenty of time to prepare.
