Operations Team
The Singleton Schreiber Operations Team develops strategy to facilitate the firm vision and mission; manages staff, processes and training to support delivery of legal services and ensure exceptional client experience; oversees the allocation and use of the firm’s resources (including personnel, technology and information) to maximize productivity and foster a culture of continuous improvement; drives innovation; ensures regulatory compliance and risk management; supports professional development; and supports the CFO in financial management.

Breven oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm and executes the operations' mission.
Chuy acts as the COO in their absence and supports execution of operations manager.
Marissa serves as the San Diego Office Manager while also supporting operations across Hawaii, New Mexico, Mississippi, and Alabama. She acts as a key point of contact for Insurance matters, Travel accommodations, and Annual events.
Kris acts as the Spokane Office Manager & the operations team Manager for Washington, Oregon, and Colorado. Kris also handles Licensing & Compliance, BAR Applications & Renewals, and Memberships for the firm.
Bridget is In-House Counsel at Singleton Schreiber, where she brings a strong foundation in plaintiff-side advocacy to her current role supporting the Firm’s Operations team.
Riley Weathers - Lead Receptionist
Sue, and Riley provide enthusiastic and immediate support to clients via incoming phone calls, client voicemails, and in-office Conference Room calendaring for the San Diego office.
Sue Cordova - Office Operations Supervisor
Sue serves as the Operations Admin Team Supervisor and is the primary point of contact for reception staff across all office locations. In addition, she provides staff support for Egencia.
Arturo Fernandez - Logistics Coordinator
Arturo manages all outgoing mail for Singleton Schreiber and serves as a point of contact for logistics and supplies across all offices.
Carlos Cruz - Office Operations Coordinator
Carlos manages all incoming mail, the client-facing info inbox, and provides staff support for Grubhub credits, Egencia, and San Diego Access cards.
Kam Lujan - Office Operations Admin Assistant
Kam supports the Operations Admin team, including both mail and reception. Kam runs point on San Diego’s volunteer efforts.
