Chandra was instrumental in the smooth transition of the Birmingham office from our temporary space to our permanent space. This required that she collaborate with multiple different departments, management for both buildings, vendors, including Operations, IT, Marketing, etc. She worked late nights, weekends and early mornings to coordinate across time zones.
★ Will Deakin | Litigation Support Assistant, Environmental Nuisance | Excellence
Will has gone above and beyond in assisting the team with the Clearlake Sewage Spill case. He was a key player in ensuring that government claims were made in a timely fashion, kept track of deadlines, organized client lists, oversaw mass communications, and has done a myriad of other tasks. His excellent organization skills and attention to detail are unmatched.
★ Jehan Kako | HR Generalist, HR Department | Collaboration
Jehan consistently steps in to support the team in any capacity, without hesitation. She is incredibly humble, hardworking, and proactive, never waiting to be asked before offering help. She has a strong ability to recognize when her peers are overwhelmed or need support, and when she steps in, it brings immediate relief to the team. A standout example of her impact was her support in helping hire 15 temporary employees for a large-scale project. Through her efforts, we were able to staff the project efficiently while avoiding the need for outside staffing agencies, resulting in significant cost savings for the firm.
