ABOUT ME
Lydia acts as Singleton Schreiber's Political Director and as Brett Schreiber's Executive Assistant. In her role as Political Director, Lydia provides guidance as to which races and bills should be supported; strengthens and expands the firm's network with like-minded individuals who share our values; and manages fundraisers for candidates seeking election or re-election. As Executive Assistant, Lydia supports the success of Brett Schreiber travel through coordination of meetings and travel, as well as collaborating to create efficient workflows. She enjoys supporting a firm who's mission is to "Seek justice by fearless advocacy for our clients" as it aligns directly with her personal mission of working towards an equitable and just society.
Lydia's career has been focused on ensuring everyone has equal access to the resources they need to live a fulfilling life. She has spent personal and professional time raising funds and reaching out to voters to champion leaders who work to uplift others through legislation and bolstering organizations that help those in need. In her past job, Lydia acted as a liaison between various departments at the County of Orange and residents of Orange County to make sure the County was acting in the best interests of the residents through oversight, proactive planning, and mitigation.
When not at work, Lydia enjoys the riding her bike around town, reading at her favorite local coffee shop, and walking her dog, Rosie.
FUN FACT
Lydia studied Arabic for 4 years and studied abroad in Amman, Jordan for a semester.
