Wrongful Death
Many of California’s wildfires, like the most recent Eaton Fire, Hurst Fire, and Orange County Airport Fire, lead to deaths that could have been avoided. Many people see wildfires as natural disasters, like volcanoes or earthquakes. In reality, many of the Golden State’s most recent fires have been sparked negligence on the part of utility companies that don’t properly maintain power lines and transformers.
