ABOUT ME
Tatiana Southard is the expert coordinator for the Wildfire Department. She has ordered all expert witness reports for fire damages for Singleton Schreiber since 2019. Additionally, Tatiana calculates all fire client advanced costs for the accounting department.
Before Singleton Schreiber, she worked for 25 years entitling raw industrial land for a real estate development company in San Diego. Her biggest project is the third Port of Entry between San Diego and Tijuana (Otay Mesa East), which will open in 2026. She likes bringing her knowledge of real estate to help our fire clients assess their real property damages.
Outside of work, Tatiana enjoys the beach, hiking and pickleball. Her two dogs keep her company in her home office every day.
FUN FACT
When Tatiana was a child, her parents took her family on a 30-day "around the world" trip. She secretly brought her pet snail with her the entire way!
