ABOUT ME
Stacee Feiler is the firm’s Licensed Clinical Social Worker and works closely with the various teams across the organization to provide compassionate, trauma-informed support to clients and their families. She also supports staff through employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives that help strengthen connection, well-being, and a positive workplace culture.
Stacee leads the Resilience Collective Monthly Support Meeting, a confidential space designed to help staff build resilience and community in the midst of demanding yet rewarding work. These meetings encourage open connection with colleagues, offer practical coping strategies for managing stress and compassion fatigue, and help individuals develop personalized self-care and support practices.
With over 30 years of experience in trauma social work, healthcare promotion, and education development, Stacee brings deep expertise and a grounding, empathetic presence. She specializes in crisis intervention, psychotherapy, case management, and culturally responsive care, and has created programs that improve communication, collaboration, conflict resolution, and cultural understanding across organizations.
Stacee holds a Master’s in Social Work (1992) from San Diego State University and has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2003 (LCSW 2119).
Outside of work, Stacee loves spending time with her family and her fur babies, who bring constant joy and warmth to her life
