ABOUT ME

Serena Webster is the Senior Paralegal Manager supporting the Fire Practice Area at Singleton Schreiber LLP. She is excited to return to the firm and contribute to a team that is deeply committed to client advocacy, collaboration, and supporting individuals through complex and often life-changing litigation. Serena is passionate about helping build structure and consistency across legal teams and looks forward to supporting the continued growth and success of the Fire Practice Area.

Serena graduated from the University of California, Davis in 1998 with a bachelor’s degree in Rhetoric & Communication. During her undergraduate studies, she owned and operated her own business before becoming the first member of her family to attend graduate school. Serena earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law in 2005, where she was a member of the La Raza Law Students Association, a Sacramento County Bar Association Diversity Fellow, and a student member of the Schwartz/Levi Chapter of the American Inns of Court. She also participated in the UC Davis Immigration Clinic, volunteered with Northern California Legal Services, and attended the Mexico Institute on International and Comparative Law in Mexico City. Throughout her more than 24-year legal career, Serena has gained extensive experience in complex litigation, including personal injury, employment law, mass torts, and fire litigation. Her background in both litigation support and legal operations has enabled her to develop standardized procedures, training programs, and workflow systems that help legal teams operate efficiently and consistently in high-volume environments.

Outside of work, Serena enjoys spending time outdoors, attending social gatherings, going to the movies, and spending time with her close-knit family and friends. She especially enjoys opportunities to connect with others and values the strong relationships and sense of community that come from working closely with a collaborative team.
