ABOUT ME
Rosie Tomiak is a Law Clerk supporting the Northwestern team in Singleton Schreiber’s Spokane office. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to work alongside legal professionals who embody the type of attorney she hopes to become.
A second-year law student at New York University School of Law, Rosie previously worked at The Anti-Fraud Coalition. There, she learned the foundations of plaintiff-side whistleblower claims and authored a white paper on using the False Claims Act (FCA) to bring opioid-related litigation. Rosie hopes to continue working on FCA cases while learning more about other avenues of plaintiff-side law.
Originally from Appalachia, Rosie is excited to spend her time outside the office exploring a new mountain range. To celebrate finishing her first year of law school, she ambitiously intends to read a book (or ten) for fun.
FUN FACT
Rosie was a fitness instructor while in college, and she taught boxing, HIIT, and weightlifting.
