Rafael Mendez

Rafael Mendez is the Training and Process Development Manager within the Operations Department at Singleton Schreiber. He is excited to join and be part of the team that is committed to client advocacy, continuous improvement and treating their employees like family. Rafael is eager to immerse himself in his role to provide training support to Singleton Schreiber's mission.

Rafael recently transitioned out of the military, where he served as a Legal Professional. He possesses a comprehensive background in supervisory roles, training, curriculum development, management, as well as administrative and military law.

Outside of work, Rafael enjoys running, hiking and working on cars. He also likes keeping up with new tech and gadgets. His favorite hang-out spots are Lowes, Home Depot and Best Buy.
