ABOUT ME
Paulette Drapeau is a Law Clerk in the Sexual Assault and Human Trafficking Division at Singleton Schreiber. She is excited to be part of a team that is deeply committed to advocating for survivors and pursuing meaningful accountability through strategic litigation. Paulette is especially drawn to the firm’s collaborative environment and its dedication to handling complex, high-impact cases with both precision and compassion.
Paulette is a third-year law student at the University of San Diego School of Law. She previously worked at an employment defense firm, where she developed a strong foundation in civil litigation, with particular experience drafting and supporting substantive motions and managing complex case files from inception through key procedural stages. That experience strengthened her analytical skills and attention to detail, and she is eager to continue refining her advocacy on the plaintiff’s side while contributing to impactful work in her division
Outside of the office, Paulette can usually be found playing intramural softball, hiking local trails with her two dogs, or spending time at the beach. A San Diego native, she’s a loyal Padres fan and loves catching games whenever she can. She also continues to bartend, a role that has been an important part of her journey and keeps her grounded and connected to her community outside of the legal field.
