ABOUT ME

Nolan Jenkins-Haley is the Medical Records Manager in the Mass Torts Department at Singleton Schreiber. He is excited to join the team because of the firm’s strong commitment to client advocacy and its mission-driven approach to helping individuals navigate complex legal matters. Nolan looks forward to supporting the Mass Torts team by developing efficient, compliant medical records processes that help drive successful case outcomes.

Nolan brings more than a decade of experience in Health Information Management, medical records operations, patient privacy, and Release of Information services. Prior to joining Singleton Schreiber, he held leadership and operational roles with organizations including Optum and Blue Shield of California, where he managed large-scale medical records programs, privacy initiatives, quality assurance efforts, and process improvement projects. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration with a concentration in Health Information Management and is a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT). Throughout his career, Nolan has been passionate about building efficient systems, improving workflows, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of health information.

Outside of work, Nolan is an avid reader and writer with a particular love for fantasy fiction. He is currently pursuing a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing and enjoys discussing books, storytelling, and publishing. When he’s not reading or writing, he spends time with his husband, their two sons, and their three cats, and can often be found creating content for the online book community.
