ABOUT ME
Matthew Ripley is the Manager for the Client Relations Team at Singleton Schreiber. His team works alongside the Fire Damages and the Mass Torts departments. Matthew loves being able to support his team as they connect with thousands of clients. His team has worked hard to create a support system that makes all their clients feel comforted and seen, whilst working through the ongoing traumas of their cases. Matthew thoroughly enjoys finding new ways to create space and improve the client relations process.
Before his time at the firm, Matthew spent most of his professional career in customer support and management. His last position was at Modern Times Beer, where he managed their support team, shipping warehouse, as well as their merchandising team and community outreach - honing his multitasking skills. Matthew also worked at REI for 14 years, eventually working his way through school. He graduated from UCSD with a BS in Earth Science.
Matthew lives in La Mesa, Ca with his wonderful partner and 3 cats. They love to cook, travel and spend quality time with their friends. He loves being outdoors- whether he is on a long walk or working on his extensive garden. One of Matthew’s main passions is music, he enjoys spinning records and playing the keyboard and drums during his downtime.
FUN FACT
Matthew has ridden his bike from San Francisco to San Diego and has also walked the John Muir Trail!
