ABOUT ME
Katie Alvarado is a Case Assistant in the Fire Team Department at Singleton Schreiber. She's thrilled to be part of the team because of the firm's commitment to justice for the clients and their supportive environment to their staff. She's eager to support the Fire Team and be a part of Singleton Schreiber's mission to provide top-notch legal services.
A second year PhD student, Katie worked previously at both inpatient and outpatient hospitals, where she gained valuable insights into the mental health and legal systems and how these systems impact client treatment and progress. Her experience has equipped her with a strong foundation in mental health treatment, legal processes in this sector, and inspired an interest in public health law. Katie is excited to apply her knowledge and skills from school and her internship to her role, while continuing her education.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with her loved ones, playing video games, and spending time with her mini Doxie, Calcifer.
