ABOUT ME
Kathy Bailey is a Senior Manager of Legal Operation located in the Sacramento Office of Singleton Schreiber and is dedicated to helping others reach their full potential. She supports the firm as a whole on education and training projects as well as heading up the Class Action and Sacramento Office Commercial and General Litigation cases.
She graduated from Arizona State University with a B.A. in English and obtained her Juris Doctorate at Lincoln Law School of Sacramento. She is certified by the National Federal of Paralegal Associations as a Core Registered Paralegal (CRP) and by Legal Secretaries, Inc. as a California Certified Legal Secretary (C.C.L.S.). She currently is the President of the Sacramento Valley Paralegal Association. She started out in the legal field working for an in-house counsel for a mortgage servicer right out of college. She has worked for sole practitioners, for an insurance company, the U.S. Department of Justice, a large world-wide “Biglaw” firm, and a large national “Biglaw” firm. Her background includes a broad spectrum of legal fields such as real property, child dependency, personal injury, political law, wine, beer, & spirits, general civil litigation, and complex commercial civil litigation. She has participated in trials all throughout California and in the state of Washington.
In her spare time, she enjoys being a “foodie”, volunteering in and around the Sacramento area, hiking, and gardening.
