ABOUT ME
Kathleen Rayos is an Intake Specialist in the Intake Department at Singleton Schreiber. She is excited to be part of a diverse team that embraces inclusivity and stands up for the underdog. With a passion for advocating for those who need it most, she is grateful for the opportunity to contribute her skills to a team that shares her values of fairness and empowerment.
Kat earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at St. Louis University in Baguio City, Philippines. For over 10 years, she worked with the children and families of the Chula Vista Elementary School District. She entered the district as a substitute instructional assistant, then gained the valuable experience necessary to become the Behavior Specialist at the largest school in the district. While here, Kat learned many skills which have helped her transition smoothly into the legal field.
She finds happiness in getting lost in mystery novels or in her open-world video games. She enjoys letting her competitive side out every now and again, and playing board games with her friends and attending trivia nights with them are some of her favorite forms of socialization. On some weekends, she can be found playing a game of softball at one of the many fields in San Diego, as she is part of AFCSL, the biggest queer sports league in the city.
