ABOUT ME
Jo Campbell is a Senior Paralegal working with Attorney Maya C. Hoyt.
Jo Campbell has been entrusted with increasingly complex responsibilities and has played an integral role in the development and prosecution of civil cases, particularly on behalf of plaintiffs in high-stakes litigation.
Jo's advanced skillset, leadership, and depth of experience spans a wide range of sophisticated civil litigation matters, including medical malpractice, wrongful death ,products liability, toxic torts, securities litigation, and other complex civil actions. Her work routinely involves comprehensive case development from intake through trial, including management and analysis of voluminous medical and technical records, coordination with expert witnesses, drafting of pleadings and discovery, preparation of damages models, and trial preparation.
Jo has demonstrated particular strength in building plaintiff cases, organizing and synthesizing complex factual records, and assisting counsel in presenting clear and compelling claims for recovery. Her experience includes working closely with attorneys on matters involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death, where attention to detail, sensitivity, and strategic case development are critical.
Notably, Jo has worked on some of the largest and most complex litigation matters in the United States, including those arising from the Enron scandal and WorldCom accounting scandal. Her involvement in litigation of this magnitude reflects a level of competence, discretion, and professional judgment well above that of the average paralegal.
