Beth Amparan is the new Payroll Specialist at Singleton Schreiber, and is excited to join the HR team in their efforts to support the firm’s dedicated employees. With eight years of experience in payroll, she has developed a genuine passion for ensuring accuracy and compliance with her keen attention to detail and calm under pressure. She attributes both to her early career baking wedding cakes, where she learned that there is a solution to everything and that patience reaps the best rewards.

What really drives Beth is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. With a commitment to both precision and empathy, she is eager to find solutions that not only work but work well for people. She views payroll not just as a business function, but as a vital part of the employee experience.

When the workday is over, you can find Beth diving into a good book, meeting up with friends at a new neighborhood restaurant, and in constant pursuit of perfecting her chocolate chip cookie recipe. As the middle child of five siblings and a devoted pet parent to two cats, Tillie and Jinx, Beth has learned the importance of finding balance in every aspect of her life. Whether it’s in her professional world or personal life, Beth values connection, positivity, and finding joy in the small things.
