ABOUT ME
Darlene Smith is a Client Relationship Specialist II / Training Lead in the Client Relations Department at Singleton Schreiber. She supports clients across Mass Torts - Hair Relaxer Product Liability, and Eaton Fire cases, while also helping strengthen her team through training, mentorship, process improvement, and efficiency initiatives.
Since joining the firm in 2023, Darlene has brought a unique perspective shaped by her legal experience, active cosmetology licenses in multiple states, and prior work in Human Resources and Hospitality. Her background in the hair care industry allows her to connect closely with clients affected by Hair Relaxer Products, while her education in Organizational Management and Project Management supports her approach to client service, team development, and operational improvement.
Darlene is committed to providing compassionate, professional service while contributing to a collaborative and efficient work environment. Outside of work, she enjoys fitness, golf, travel, attending events, and learning Spanish and Italian. She resides in San Diego and enjoys the energy of downtown city life.
