ABOUT ME

Brittany Toth is a Case Support Specialist in the Settlement Team. She values the firms’ commitment to its’ employees as well as their clients. Brittany is passionate about supporting the Settlement Team and assisting clients in any way that she can.

Brittany joined the U.S. Army in 2011 and served for 5 years as a Military Police Officer. After serving, she attended SDSU and gained her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. While enrolled at SDSU, she interned at the Office of Senator Joel Anderson, DCA DOI Health Quality Investigations Unit, and the San Diego Alternate Public Defender’s Office, where she studied state government procedures and gained knowledge of our legal system. She is currently studying for her Paralegal Certificate at UC San Diego. Brittany is motivated to learn the more about the practices as well as the processes our attorneys can assist and defend their clients on an everyday basis.

Outside of work, Brittany enjoys time off camping by the river in the summer and snowmobiling in the winter. She loves spending time with her loved ones and adjusting to motherhood.
