Adrian Pantoja is the Client Experience Manager at Singleton Schreiber, where she focuses on enhancing client interactions through technology-driven communication and service improvements. Her work is designed to give practice groups the space needed to provide thoughtful, personalized engagement with every client. She was drawn to the firm’s deep commitment to advocacy and its culture of trust, where colleagues support one another as individuals and as teams. In an environment that encourages both personal and professional growth, Adrian is excited to contribute her knowledge, experience, and strong work ethic to the firm’s mission.

With over 20 years of experience in operations, project management, and data analytics, Adrian has built a career dedicated to improving service efficiency and client satisfaction. She began in the U.S. Marine Corps, where she developed strong leadership and problem-solving skills. After transitioning to the corporate sector, she served as a Customer Support Manager and Project Manager at IPS Group Inc., where she led over 300 projects, strengthened client relationships, and refined key operational processes. Her dedication to continuous improvement led to better ticket-handling practices, faster resolution times, enhanced service delivery, and key product enhancements. She also played a significant role in improving both the client and employee experience by developing training programs and onboarding initiatives.

Adrian holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of San Diego, where she led impactful projects, including integrating valuable data sources into the Data Science Alliance’s Food Bank Project, improving predictive analytics in food distribution. Outside of work, she enjoys riding motorcycles, hiking, cooking, and spending time with loved ones. She has a deep passion for people and finds fulfillment in lifting others up, whether through mentorship, collaboration, or simply sharing a good meal.
