Letitia Johnson, Managing Partner of the Southeastern Region, will serve as a panelist at The Art of Advocacy, the international continuing legal education conference hosted by Cumberland School of Law at the Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh, Scotland on June 28–30, 2026.

Ms. Johnson will present “Powering the Cloud, Paying the Price: Litigating Environmental Impacts of AI Data Centers” on Tuesday, June 30. Drawing on her work leading the firm’s Civil Rights and Environmental Litigation practice groups across the Southeast, she will address how rapid data center expansion places water, air quality, and energy burdens on the communities least equipped to absorb them, and what legal avenues exist to hold developers and operators accountable.
