It Is Here: Neostella Is Live! 🚀
Neostella officially launches today, Monday, October 19! Live trainings have wrapped, and a few items below need your attention today and throughout launch week, so please read carefully. You've got this!
⏰ Reminder: Filevine Is Frozen
Since Thursday, October 15 at 5 PM (PDT) | 6 PM (MDT) | 7 PM (CDT), Filevine has been frozen. Please do not make any updates in Filevine. You can still open Filevine for reference, but hands off the edit buttons! This includes:
- Notes and tasks
- Documents and contacts
- Deadlines and case details
Anything changed in Filevine after the cutoff did not carry over to Neostella. If you made an update after the cutoff, you are responsible for manually entering that same change in Neostella so your case records stay accurate and complete.
✍️ E-Signatures: Now in Neostella
As of today, Monday, October 19, we have transitioned to Neostella's native e-signature platform and Vinesign is discontinued. Any signed documents and verifications received through Vinesign after 5 PM (PDT) on Thursday, October 15 did not automatically migrate to Neostella and must be manually uploaded.
1. Upload to Neostella this morning. Manually upload all signed documents and verifications received after the cutoff.
2. Download both files for each signed document. For every signed document notification received after the cutoff, download both the signed document and its corresponding verification before uploading.
3. Keep monitoring Vinesign notifications. If you still have documents out for signature, keep watching your Vinesign notifications in Outlook and in your Vinesign account, and make sure notifications are directed to your inbox. Upload them to Neostella as signatures come in.
✅ Starting today: send all new documents requiring signatures through Neostella's native signature platform, not Vinesign.

📬 Look for your invite! On September 29, everyone received an email from Neostella Academy inviting you to enroll in the Neostella Foundations Learning Path. Please follow that path in order to receive your required certifications. Can't find it? Try searching your inbox for "Neostella Academy."
🔑 Click the Take path button in that email to get started. If it's your first time, you'll be prompted to set up your account, then you can open the course and begin.

💬 Need Neostella Support? Email CMS Help.
For all Neostella support requests, please email cmshelp@singletonschreiber.com so your request can be properly tracked, routed, and addressed. This includes:
- Permission or access changes
- Workflow creation or administrative workflow changes
- Template customization
- Login or system-access assistance
- Navigation or general system questions
- Other Neostella system or administrative support needs
Launch week: You can also find quick answers in the Neostella Support Teams Channel, available through this first week after launch.
Learning Academy access issues: Contact the Training Team at training@singletonschreiber.com.
💡 Tips for getting help fast:
- Include what you were trying to do, what happened, and any error message.
- Sharing a screenshot? Please avoid showing confidential client information.
- Route questions through our internal team rather than contacting Neostella representatives directly.
- Keep requests focused on Neostella so questions and answers are easy to find.
- UAT/Data Migration reviewers: keep recording findings and issues in the testing spreadsheet. CMS Help and the channel do not replace it.
Thank you all for your patience, preparation, and partnership through this transition. We're excited to have everyone up and running in Neostella!
