Overview
Meagan Verschueren leads our Sexual Assault practice group. She has represented plaintiffs in personal injury litigation, including sexual assault and battery, for more than seven years.
Ms. Verschueren was born and raised in Michigan and earned her Psychology degree from the University of Tampa in Tampa, Florida. She relocated to San Diego, California and graduated from California Western School of Law, cum laude, in 2016.
After law school, she began her legal career at a San Diego law firm where she handled catastrophic personal injury cases, managing high-profile and first-in-time cases against corporate giants. She achieved several multi-million-dollar results for deserving clients.
Ms. Verschueren is a Past President of Tom Homann LGBT Law Association and an active member of several diverse bar associations. She enjoys mentoring law students and, when she is not working, likes to travel and spend time with her twin daughters.
