Overview
Samantha Drum is an Attorney in the Personal Injury Department at Singleton Schreiber New Mexico, where she advocates for clients affected by car accidents, trucking accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, medical malpractice, instances of wrongful death, and other personal injury matters. With deep roots in northern New Mexico, Samantha brings determination, compassion, and a strong sense of justice to every case she handles.
Samantha legal career is centered on being a champion for justice. She has represented personal injury clients throughout New Mexico, gaining valuable experience in litigation and client advocacy. Samantha is passionate about ensuring her clients are supported throughout the legal process and is committed to achieving meaningful outcomes on their behalf.
Samantha earned her Juris Doctor from The University of New Mexico (UNM) School of Law, where she served as a Citations Editor and Associate Editor for the Natural Resources Journal and was named to the Honor Roll. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy from UNM, where she was a Dean’s List student and a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.
Demonstrating her resilience and drive, Samantha passed the New Mexico Bar Exam just six days after giving birth to her first child. She is admitted to practice in the State of New Mexico and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico. She is also an active member of the Albuquerque Bar Association and the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association.
Outside of the office, Samantha enjoys baking fresh-milled bread, cooking, singing, listening to audiobooks, and raising her children alongside her husband, Matthew.
