The award recognizes women who have risen to the pinnacle of their industries and was originally created to honor trailblazing women who have shaped Birmingham's local economy.

Award winners will be celebrated at the BBJ's annual Women's Summit on Friday, September 18, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the BJCC East Ballroom in Birmingham, Alabama.
