Press Release

The Daily Journal honored Singleton Schreiber as one of the top boutique law firms in California. The firm was recognized for its work in the fire litigation space, as well as its civil rights work and personal injury practice areas.

The Top Boutique list honors those firms which focus on a particular niche, and Singleton Schreiber has clearly defined itself as the “go to” law firm for fire litigation nationwide.

Founded by Gerald Singleton and Brett Schreiber, the firm currently represents 10,000 clients who suffered losses from 15 separate wildfires around the country. While this work is ongoing, the firm has also obtained an $85 million jury verdict in a civil rights case brought by the widow and two children of a man with mental health issues who died while being taken into custody by police. Brett Schreiber told the reporter “While the firm handles a very large volume of clients in the fire and mass tort world, we work up each & every one of those cases as if they are going to go to trial.”
