Gerald Singleton, managing partner at Singleton Schreiber, was recently featured in The Columbian in their article, "Renter sues BNSF Railway over July Tunnel Five Fire, says home, belongings destroyed in blaze" on February 1st, 2024 which covered the Tunnel Five fire and the allegations against BNSF Railway brought forward by one of the victims, Lance Brooks. "The irresponsible actions of BNSF Railway jeopardized lives, destroyed homes and exhausted the resources of the entire surrounding region. . .the railway must be held accountable, and our lawsuit seeks to do just that." Mr. Singleton said.
