Paul Starita brings more than 29 years of trial experience to the discussion. He leads the Litigation Practice Group at Singleton Schreiber, where he litigates a wide range of cases including personal injury, fire, mass torts, and more. Prior to joining Singleton Schreiber, Mr. Starita served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for over 18 years, handling high-stakes civil and criminal cases in federal court. A retired U.S. Marine Colonel and current adjunct professor at the University of San Diego School of Law, his extensive background includes leadership roles in environmental compliance, constitutional torts, and national security matters.
