EATON FIRE TOWN HALL
Edison Is Offering Eaton Fire Victims Pennies on the Dollar, And Calling It Justice
The 2025 Eaton Fire, caused by Edison International’s power lines, killed 19 people and destroyed more than 6,000 homes. Despite this devastation, Edison’s Wildfire Recovery Compensation Program offers victims only a fraction of what they are owed, with strict caps and no negotiation. The company delayed admitting responsibility, misled the courts, and now expects survivors to accept unfair settlements because of the delay it created.
Our firm will review the program and provide guidance on navigating these offers. Join Singleton Schreiber's local attorneys, in partnership with the NAACP, for a virtual town hall Tuesday, April 7th, 2026, at 6:00 PM PT to learn more and ask questions.
