She brings a strong mix of data-driven thinking and creative execution to her role focusing on building meaningful client relationships and improving touchpoints across the customer journey. Jade thrives on collaboration and believes in laying the groundwork today so her future self (and the clients she supports) will benefit tomorrow.
With 4 years of experience at Intel as a Software Tools Ecosystem Specialist, Jade honed her skills in client nurture journeys, digital engagement, and community building. She managed three social channels, driving both organic and paid campaigns, and developed the organizations first engagement dashboard to track client sentiment in order to turn analytics into actionable marketing strategies. Her experience spans from developing engagement tactics that connect with technical audiences to running campaigns that deliver measurable impact.
Outside of work, Jade enjoys gardening, baking, and traveling. She's especially known among friends and family as the go-to for birthday cakes and sweet treats. Whether she's tending to her plants, exploring a new city, or testing out a new recipe, Jade brings the same curiosity and care that she applies to her professional life.
