Overview

Shannon Whitaker is a member of our Personal Injury and Wrongful Death practice group. Before joining Singleton Schreiber, Ms. Whitaker litigated catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, sexual assault, and sexual abuse cases at a personal injury firm in San Diego.

Ms. Whitaker received her law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she served as the President of Internal Affairs for the Consumer Attorneys of the University of San Diego and externed for the Honorable Andrew G. Schopler of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. She earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

She is co-chair of the Golf Tournament Committee for Lawyers Club of San Diego and serves on the Board for the New Lawyers Division of the Consumer Attorneys of California. She is a proud member of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, American Association for Justice, and Society of Women Trial Lawyers.

She is admitted to practice in the state of California.

Ms. Whitaker loves creating and enjoying art; in her spare time, she can be found painting, practicing calligraphy, or strolling through a museum.
