Overview

Brandy Robertson serves as an attorney in Singleton Schreiber’s Birmingham, Alabama office, where she represents individuals and families in personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence and civil sexual abuse matters. With nearly two decades of experience advocating for injury victims, she combines strategic legal skill with genuine compassion, guiding clients through some of the most difficult moments of their lives. 

Ms. Robertson began her work in a mass tort practice group before transitioning to civil litigation to focus her practice on representing individuals harmed by negligence and injustice 

Throughout her career, Ms. Robertson has been recognized for both her legal ability and professional leadership. She has been named to Mid-South Super Lawyers (2021–2025) and previously recognized as a Rising Star (2014–2017), selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America (2020–2025), and honored among B-Metro’s Top Women Lawyers and Top Lawyers. 

A highly active leader in the legal community, Ms. Robertson is deeply involved with the Birmingham Bar Association (BBA), where she is a graduate of the Future Leaders Forum Class of 2015 and has served as Group Chair of the Grievance Committee. She also served as Chair of the Women Lawyers Section in 2024 during its 30th Anniversary Celebration. 

Within the Alabama State Bar, Ms. Robertson represents the 10th Judicial Circuit, Place 9, on the Board of Bar Commissioners. She previously served as Co-Chair of the Quality of Life, Health, and Wellness Committee (2022–2024) and currently serves on both the Alabama Lawyers Assistance Program Committee and the Alabama Lawyers Assistance Program Foundation Board. She is also an active member of the Alabama Association of Justice and the American Association of Justice. 

Ms. Robertson is deeply committed to supporting individuals affected by traumatic brain injury (TBI), a cause that holds personal significance for her. She served on the Alabama Head Injury Foundation’s Birmingham Regional Board from 2016–2020, including as Regional President (2018–2019). She now serves on the State Board of Directors as Secretary and is slated to become Board Chair in 2027. 

She began her legal career as a paralegal, working full-time while attending classes at night to earn both her undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and her law degree from Birmingham School of Law. She is admitted to practice in the State of Alabama. 

Outside the courtroom, Ms. Robertson enjoys spending time with her daughters.  Together, they enjoy traveling, attending concerts, and sharing plenty of laughter along the way.
