Benjamin Koh

Ben Koh joined Singleton Schreiber in 2022 as a law clerk and now serves as an Associate Attorney for the firm’s Personal Injury and Wrongful Death practice group. He represents plaintiffs in California state and federal courts, handling complex matters involving defective products, medical malpractice, dangerous conditions on public property, and other catastrophic injuries.

Driven by unwavering compassion and determination, he excels at guiding clients through their most challenging times. In his first year of practice, Koh played a pivotal role in securing hundreds of thousands of dollars in compensation for his clients.

Committed to giving back to his community, Koh is a mentor to dozens of law students and new attorneys. He also holds leadership positions with the Korean American Bar Association of San Diego and the Pan Asian Lawyers of San Diego, both of which have awarded him for his dedicated service.

Beyond the courtroom, Koh enjoys spoiling his standard poodle, snowboarding, and attending live music events.
