Alexia Palacios-Peters

Associate Attorney

Overview

Alexia Palacios-Peters is an Associate Attorney in Singleton Schreiber's San Diego office, where she represents survivors of sexual assault and human trafficking. With a career dedicated to protecting vulnerable populations and advocating for underserved communities, she brings both compassion and expertise to her practice.

Alexia's commitment to victim advocacy began when she served as Managing Attorney for the restraining order clinic at the San Diego Family Justice Center, where she protected individuals affected by domestic violence and sexual assault. Her career later took her to Washington, D.C., where she worked for the federal government at the Board of Veterans' Appeals, adjudicating veteran appeals and furthering her dedication to serving those who have sacrificed for others. This diverse experience has shaped her holistic approach to representing clients who have endured trauma and are seeking justice.

Alexia holds a bachelor's degree in Applied Learning and Development from the University of Texas at Austin, a Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law, and a Master of Laws in International and Comparative Law from George Washington University Law School. She is admitted to practice law in California and Texas, as well as before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Beyond her legal practice, Alexia is deeply committed to her community. She has served as a Trustee on the Coronado Unified School District's governing board since December 2022 and previously served on the Board of Directors for Safe Harbor Coronado, an organization focused on the mental health of local youth.

Outside the office, Alexia enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her husband and three children.
