Singleton Schreiber was recently featured in a CarComplaints.com article, "ToyotaCare Plus Class Action Lawsuit Alleges Plans Not Worth It" on February 10th, 2024 which provides an overview of how Toyota's ToyotaCare Plus maintenance plan is not the cost-effective solution it's marketed as. Singleton Schreiber alleges that Toyota inflated the value of the ToyotaCare Plus plan and designed it to profit from customers by promising savings that don't materialize, and that the class action lawsuit seeks compensation for customers who may have paid more for the plan than they would have for individual services.
