Media Mention
Bloomberg

Brett Schreiber's wrongful death lawsuit against Tesla in Alameda County was featured by Bloomberg in their article, "Tesla Settles Another Fatal Crash Lawsuit Ahead of Jury Trial", which was published on September 16th and focused on the recent confidential settlement of the Maldonado v. Tesla et al. case.

Bloomberg also provided a background of the wrongful death suit and noted that the settlement was the latest move by Tesla to avoid a jury trial over a fatal car crash. This comes in the wake of a July federal trial in Miami which imposed a $200 million verdict against Tesla and found them partially responsible for a fatal collision with a parked SUV.
