Residents Sue Lumber Mill Operator Over Devastating Mill Fire

The fire, which burned over 3,935 acres, destroyed 118 structures, and resulted in multiple injuries and two fatalities, is claimed to have been due to inadequate safety measures and prior incidents of negligence at the mill.
