Brian Colón, Managing Partner of Singleton Schreiber's New Mexico offices, was recently reported in KVIA's article, "New Mexico Law Firms File Lawsuit Against CRRUA Claiming Sale of Arsenic-Contaminated Water" which discusses how Singleton Schreiber, along with two other New Mexican law firms, have filed a lawsuit on behalf of Doña Ana County residents against the Camino Real Regional Utility Authority (CRRUA), the City of Sunland Park, and the Doña Ana Board of County Commissioners. The suit alleges CRRUA provided water contaminated with arsenic and other harmful chemicals, seeking compensatory damages for affected residents. A recent town hall highlighted concerns over the issue and residents' legal options.

Brian Colón emphasized the growing participation in the lawsuit, stating "We want to be able to advocate for as many folks from this community as we possibly can because everyone deserves clean water, especially when they're paying for it."

CRRUA has reported improvements, with three of its four arsenic treatment facilities now meeting compliance standards, but did not respond to media inquiries about the lawsuit or town hall.
