Domenic Martini, Counsel of Singleton Schreiber, was recently featured in a story from SanDiegoYa regarding his recent filings, against the City of San Diego, for more than 700 residents that were affected by the historic floods in January.  They have not received any response from the city regarding the damages they've experienced for over 7 months.

SanDiegoYa reports, "Mr. Martini accused the city of San Diego of negligence for failing to maintain or make improvements to storm drains for decades, which caused the water will overflow flooded the entire streets. Mr Martini stated that each case would most likely be evaluated individually."

Martini will likely combine the 700+ lawsuits in his efforts to hold the City of San Diego accountable for their negligence.
