Town of Campbell files two PFAS-related lawsuits

Singleton Schreiber was recently featured on WXOW News 19 for its integral role in a class action lawsuit filed against both the City of La Crosse and nearly two dozen companies due to claims of PFAS water contamination. These lawsuits allege that these entities are responsible for PFAS water contamination, posing an increased health risk, including cancer, to the community. The claims seek to address property damage and establish a medical monitoring program. The legal action is currently unfolding in a Wisconsin court.
