Singleton Schreiber was recently featured in Breitbart's article, "Lawsuit: Elon Musk’s Tesla Misrepresented ‘Autopilot’ Safety Leading to Deadly Accident" which covers the recent wrongful death lawsuit filed against Elon Musk and Tesla by Singleton Schreiber and the surviving family of Genesis Giovanni Mendoza-Martinez, who died in a car crash in 2023 while using Tesla's Autopilot sytem.

According to Singleton Schreiber, Tesla and Mr. Musk had misrepresented the safety and capabilities of Autopilot, which led to the fatal accident of Mr. Mendoza-Martinez.

The lawsuit coincides with 15 other active lawsuits against Tesla and their Full Self-Driving (FSD) system and a broader investigation by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) into the safety of Tesla's Autopilot feature.
