Brian Colón, Managing Partner at Singleton Schreiber's legal offices in New Mexico, was recently featured in KTSM's article, "Law Firms Discuss CRRUA’s Lawsuit in Town Hall Meeting" which discusses the recent town hall held by Singleton Schreiber for Sunland Park and Santa Teresa, New Mexico residents following their filing of an environmental lawsuit against the Camino Real Regional Utility Authority (CRRUA) over the presence of arsenic in their drinking water over the years.
“At the end of the day for us, it’s about accountability and clean water. And in order to hold this organization (CRRUA) that’s supposed to be providing clean water accountable, the community has to come together,” said Mr. Colón.
