Brian Colón, Managing Partner at Singleton Schreiber, was featured by Albuquerque Business First in an article reporting on the firm’s expansion into southern New Mexico with the opening of a new office in Las Cruces.
The article detailed Singleton Schreiber’s decision to open its Las Cruces office as part of a broader effort to serve communities across Doña Ana County and surrounding areas that Mr. Colón described as “legal deserts,” where residents often have limited access to legal representation. The new office, which will be led by Senior Counsel Marisa Ong, will handle matters including catastrophic injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and immigration-related cases.
Mr. Colón also discussed the firm’s recent legal work in the region, including successful habeas corpus cases involving wrongful immigration detention and litigation addressing environmental and public health concerns in southern New Mexico.
