Brian Colón, Managing Partner of Singleton Schreiber’s New Mexico offices, was recently appointed to the New Mexico State University College of Business Dean’s Advisory Council. Colón graduated from the College of Business in 1998 with a degree in finance before attending UNM School of Law. He is passionate about mentoring young leaders and connecting with community through his alma maters and loves his continued impact with NMSU. In 2023, Colón was admitted to NMSU’s Hall of Fame for his various engagements and accomplishments since having graduated from the College of Business.

As a member of the Business Advisory Council (BAC), Colón joins a proactive network of professionals committed to providing strategic guidance, financial support, and mentorship to students. The BAC works closely with the Dean, faculty, students, and alumni to enhance the college’s educational experience by focusing on recruitment, retention, education, graduation, and career placement. In this role, Colón will serve as an ambassador for the College of Business, leveraging his expertise and influence to help shape the future of aspiring business professionals at NMSU.
