Singleton Schreiber was recently featured by KNSD-TV (also known as NBC 6 San Diego) in their segment, "Border Sewage Lawsuit Update".
The segment focuses on the recent town hall conducted by Knut Johnson, Senior Counsel at Singleton Schreiber in San Diego, on February 24th for Imperial Beach residents, where they were updated that a decision would be made in the next month if Singleton Schreiber's environmental lawsuit against Veolia Water would be held in State or Federal court.
The segment also highlights some of the frustrations that were raised by residents in the town hall.
"We live a block from the beach and I haven't even been on the sand of the beach, let alone the water because it's all been contaminated," a resident said to Mr. Johnson and Laura Singleton, Counsel at Singleton Schreiber, during the town hall.
