Lynette is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 20 years of expertise in benefit
administration and employee support. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Salisbury State University and a
Master's degree from Towson University, both located in Maryland.
Throughout her career, she has developed a strong foundation in managing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and supporting organizations in building competitive and employee-centered total rewards packages.
Three years ago, she and her spouse relocated to California in search of new opportunities and adventure. She is excited to bring her knowledge and passion for HR to a dynamic team. Her hobbies are reading and spending quality time with family and friends.
